About McLean County Courthouse

McLean County Courthouse is one of the other food places listed in Bloomington, Illinois. The business is registered at 104 W Front St, Bloomington, IL 61701; use this page to check its hours, phone number and Google rating before you make the trip.

This group holds listings that did not fit cleanly into a food or drink category, mostly businesses that were pulled in alongside a restaurant in the same shopping plaza or that combine several kinds of service, such as a market with an attached clinic or a strip-mall unit that also does phone repair or tax preparation. The details here come from the public listing rather than a curated food write-up, so treat the category label loosely and check the business's own hours and services before visiting. Some of these are legitimate neighbors of the food businesses on this site, such as a nail salon or a laundromat in the same strip mall, while others are simply miscategorized on the source data and worth a quick call to confirm what they actually offer.

Hours are published for 5 days a week. The most common schedule is 8 am–4:30 pm. It is closed on Saturday, Sunday. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. The listed phone number is (309) 888-5001. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone. More information is available on its website, mcleancountyil.gov.

Its Google rating stands at 2.6 out of 5 from 48 reviews, which is below average for the category; consider the recent reviews carefully before visiting.

Unfortunately the pickleball courts weren't completed by the time I checked out but the overall accommodation was nice. Some concern over the strip search process where I looked down and I hoped it was fuzz on the floor and not dingleberries. The cell stall was crowded on Friday and Saturday nights but the breakfast was good and the staff attentive to the hangovers of the guests. Overall I'd give it four stars for a night's sleep but I had to ding a star for the questionable strip search accommodations. However, tip your hostess on the way out and the next stay will be more accommodating

My experience here was discouraging. Because I could not afford a private attorney, I was represented by a public defender, and I did not feel I was given much opportunity to meaningfully discuss my case or explore alternatives before being urged toward a plea deal. When I later tried to retract my guilty plea, I felt significant pressure from both the process and the courtroom atmosphere, with strong emphasis placed on the risks of going to trial rather than on reviewing the facts of my situation. It left me feeling like pursuing my claim of innocence was being discouraged instead of carefully examined. I understand courts are busy and public defenders are overloaded, but the experience made me concerned about whether people without financial resources receive the same level of attention and consideration as those who can afford private counsel. I hope the system continues to work toward making sure every defendant feels heard and properly represented.

If I could give no stars I would! I searched them out once my life was at a point I could afford to take care of this and initiated a monthly payment. When I did that I asked if I get into financial problems is there an option to pause. The lady assured me they would understand and work with me. That was FALSE! When I told them we were having a hard time with the cost of everything and a family member going into a nursing home that I care for they threatened me and now they harass me daily. All it took was for them to say okay call us back when you’re back to normal JUST LIKE I DID the first time but no. They were rude and nasty on the phone and couldn’t care less! Absolutely awful!

People here were amazing! The way the officers gentley put the cuffs on while staring me inthe eyes and smiling was perfect! Even the C.Officers were great at their roles, you can tell they love their job with how great and amazing they treat inmates. Who's working in the kitchen? Talk about 5 star deliciousness, it's not delivery, its prisonio.
